From the onset of its smart city strategy, the Metropolis of Toulouse has aimed to make its initiatives citizen-centric. It was therefore looking for a tool that would enable it to:
- Gather the multiple local actors around a single information source;
- Provide an overview of the urban area’s facilities and service offers;
- Faciliter la prise de décision politique en matière d’aménagement urbain et de réduction de la vulnérabilité des populations.
